Features

Reliabilty

Thanks to its unique design of square core which:

  • prevents calcium build up
  • prevents the core malfunctioning when used with contaminated fluids
  • offers less friction

and it's bumper on the top which:

  • reduces noise
  • increases the magnetic system operation time
  • prevents hammering of the core surface

our 1/8" solenoid valves have a service life up to 20 millions cycles

Outdoor use

The coil is entirely protect with 2 o-rings as shown opposite. This concept allows :

  • the solenoid valves to operate outdoor, without any specific protection
  • an excellent sealing between the coil and the core tube
  • protection of the external parts by use of stainless steel
  • condensation is prevented from entering the magnetic system.

High differential pressure

From 0 to 35 bar (version without manual override)

Installation & maintenance

Easy installation and startup

  • 2 M3 mounting holes in the body
  • manual override (screw drive as a standard)

Stainless steel or brass manifold

  • 2 to 10 stations manifold gives a economic solution
  • easy to use (1 port for media supply)
  • more compact (only 238 mm for a 10 solenoid valves manifold)

Easy maintenance

  • AC and DC coils interchangeability
  • quick coil mounting and dismounting (with stainless steel clip)
  • removable core tube set with an open-end wrench
